CBS - People gathered at Gobbler's Knob this morning as members of groundhog Punxsutawney Phil's "inner circle" summoned him from his tree stump at dawn to learn if he has seen his shadow, and they say he did. For those less familiar with the folklore, if the groundhog sees his shadow there will be six more weeks of winter. If he doesn't, well, spring comes early. And perhaps Phil made his prediction at just the right time as a deadly storm have wreaked havoc in the South and the Northeast is bracing for a dangerous Arctic blast.
